Timeliness involves detailed construction schedules outlining the critical path outlining clear expectations of the subcontractors and suppliers with achievable start/finish dates. Constant monitoring of construction progress including the use of Microsoft® Project, regular site inspections and coordination meetings is crucial.

$1.7M exterior/interior renovation to create medical offices from an existing vehicle insurance inspection centre.
