COM­MIT­MENT:

As a Gen­eral Con­trac­tor, TRP Con­struc­tion is com­mit­ted to pro­vid­ing the fol­low­ing ser­vices (as required by spec­i­fi­ca­tion, but not lim­ited to) on a LEED reg­is­tered project:

  • ero­sion and sed­i­men­ta­tion control
  • stormwa­ter runoff control
  • air qual­ity con­trol and use of low-​emitting materials
  • pro­tect green space and pre­serve habitat/​natural resources
  • par­tic­i­pate in the reduc­tion of waste through re-​use/​recycling of build­ing materials
  • source build­ing mate­ri­als locally
  • pro­vide LEED team mem­bers with writ­ten documentation
