Main floor also includes offices, storage rooms, wash/change rooms. Second floor includes lunch room, washrooms, and offices. Extensive sitework, new well and septic. Construction of a 9,600 sq.ft. salt storage dome. Construction of a pump house complete with 2 storage tanks.

Addition and renovation to existing church building in suburban Burlington. Partial demolition of existing 1-storey building for 11,000 sq.ft. addition to accommodate offices, fellowship hall, kitchen, washrooms, family areas, library and storage/janitorial areas. Sitework includes: landscaping and parking. Building was partially occupied and construction was phased to accommodate ongoing church functions.

Richview Library Ren­o­va­tions

Phase 1: Inte­rior ren­o­va­tion of the base­ment level (17,850 sq.ft.) of an exist­ing 2-​storey library. Includes select demo­li­tion, asbestos abate­ment, replace­ment floor­ing, mill­work, doors, toi­let acces­sories, instal­la­tion of visual dis­play boards and oper­a­ble par­ti­tions. HVAC, plumb­ing, sprin­kler, and elec­tri­cal upgrades.
Phase 2: Exte­rior upgrades includ­ing; select demo­li­tion and site removals, land­scap­ing, con­crete form­ing, rebar sup­ply, masonry, mis­cel­la­neous met­als, HM frames and doors, alu­minum frames and doors, glass, door hard­ware, dry­wall and acoustics, floor­ing, paint­ing, fire sprin­kler, mechan­i­cal and elec­tri­cal. Owner-​occupied.


Fer­gus Library Addition/​Renovation

Demo­li­tion of exist­ing rear addi­tion of the Carnegie library (circa 1911). Inte­rior ren­o­va­tions to exist­ing library and 3-​storey rear replace­ment addi­tion; increas­ing the library space from 5,000 to 15,000 sq.ft. Cre­ated ground-​level acces­si­ble front entrance. Rec­og­nized by the United Nations Green Legacy Pro­gram – Emer­ald Standards.


St. George’s Angli­can Church

Guelph Fire Hall #3 Ren­o­va­tions

Exterior/​interior ren­o­va­tions to exist­ing fire hall (4,500 sq.ft.); includes roof mem­brane and flash­ing replace­ment, new floor­ing, upgrades to liv­ing quar­ters and washroom/​shower facil­i­ties, upgrades to HVAC and elec­tri­cal sys­tem. The work also includes asbestos abate­ment and relo­ca­tion of rooftop solar panels.

Bishop Far­rell Library & Archives Renovations

7,500 sq.ft inte­rior ren­o­va­tion to 1-​storey build­ing (offices and library) plus base­ment archive room to include ele­va­tor instal­la­tion, replace­ment of win­dows, floor­ing, paint­ing and exte­rior acces­si­bil­ity ramp. Com­plete retro­fit to boiler sys­tem includ­ing new equip­ment and piping. Owner-occupied.


Mark Preece Fam­ily House Renovations

Ronald McDon­ald House Hamil­ton Addition/Renovation

32,000 sq.ft. 3-storey plus basement addition including 25 accommodation units, full catering kitchen, a large family kitchen/dining area, play and theatre areas, washrooms and storage rooms. 15,000 sq.ft. renovations to existing 15-unit building including HVAC, electrical, painting and flooring upgrades. Project also included parking lots, sidewalks and landscaping that involved saving mature trees and installing astro-turf in the courtyard. Office staff and residents occupied the existing building until the new addition was complete. Coordination of Gifts-in-Kind and various donations of furnishings and finishing products. Construction site was constrained on the corner of a busy urban intersection, adjacent to McMaster University.

Welling­ton County Library – Puslinch Branch
