Demolition of existing rear addition of the Carnegie library. Interior renovations to existing library and 3-storey rear replacement addition. Created ground-level accessible front entrance. Heritage Lounge included the installation of glass cases to display local artifacts.

Grimsby Carnegie Renovations – 1910

Renovations to the existing 3,300 sq.ft library. Interior work includes provision of a lift and full barrier-free accessibility. Exterior work includes slate shingle roof repair, flashing and rain gutter replacement, brick and stone repointing, window replacement and wood trim refurbishing.
