Construction Management

A strong TEAMWORK commitment is required and necessary from the Owner, Consultants, Trade Contractors, Suppliers and TRP Construction’s team to complete any quality project in the desired scheduled timeline.

Much of TRP Construction’s success is the result of a collaborative team effort. TRP has developed long-standing relationships with consultants and subcontractors/suppliers to provide consistent, high-caliber work. Together it is possible to achieve the goal of quality construction projects — on time and on budget.

TRP Construction strives to maintain the highest standards of quality and timeliness. This is achieved by determining construction quality and materials performance standards and requirements, as well as, determining planning and construction milestones to implement scheduled completion date(s). In addition, TRP Construction’s Quality Management Program is based upon the following tools for control implementation: document control, communication, internal audits, corrective actions, and preventative measures. Constant monitoring of construction progress including the use of Microsoft® Project, regular site inspections, and coordination meetings is crucial.

TRP Construction has completed projects under CCDC 3 – Cost Plus contract and CCDC 5A/5B – Construction Management contracts. TRP Construction implements CCA 1 – Stipulated Price Subcontract with all subcontractors.

TRP Construction has established itself as the gold standard for construction quality, adherence to project schedule, and helpful customer service.” Paulo Martins — National Bank of Canada
